Class 1 - Two 1lb jars of Light Honey.

Class 2 - Two 1lb jars of Medium Honey.

Class 3 - Two 1lb jars of Dark Honey.

Class 4 - Two 1lb jars of Set Honey (Crystallised or Creamed).

Class 5 - Two 1lb jars of Chunk Honey.

Class 6 - Taste Alone, one 1lb jar.

Class 7 - Novice Class, one 1lb jar.

Class 8 - Six matching jars labelled as for sale.

Comb
Class 9 - Two containers Cut Comb.

Class 10 - One Frame for Extraction.

Class 11 - Heaviest Frame.

Beeswax
Class 12 - One cake of Beeswax, 7-9ozs/200-250g.

Class 13 - Six 1oz/28g blocks of Beeswax.

Class 14 - Pair of Beeswax Candles – dipped or moulded.

Class 15 - Pair of Beeswax Candles – rolled.

Food and Drink
Class 16 - Lemon Honey Cake.

Class 17 - Six Honey Biscuits.

Class 18 - Honey Sweets or Chocolates.

Class 19 - Honey Marmalade.

Class 20 - One bottle of Mead/honey wine – dry.

Class 21 - One bottle of Mead/honey wine – sweet.

Arts and Crafts
Class 22 - A Display of Five Products.

Class 23 - Handicrafts.

Class 24 - Greetings Card.

Class 25 - General Interest Display.

Class 26 - Photograph (not close-up).

Class 27 - Photograph (close-up).

Junior
Class 28 - Junior Honey Class.

Class 29 - Junior Craft Display.

Class 30 - Junior Digital Exhibit.
